Privacy Policy

To create your account we collect your full name and email address.

When you use the app we store your expense groups, categories, amounts, participants, and the expense history you record or scan.

To scan your receipts with AI (available on all plans), we process the images of your receipts to extract the items automatically.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and session identifiers required for functionality and security.

We use your data only to: provide and operate the service (registration, groups, expenses, splits and balances), process AI scanning, send you operational emails (confirmation, recovery, payments), and keep the platform secure.

We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and product improvement. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure (Supabase) with encryption in transit and at rest.

Receipt photos are kept for a maximum of 90 days, or until you delete the expense or the group; then they are removed.

If you request the deletion of your account, we erase your personal data and associated history according to technical backup windows.

We share minimal data with technical providers that process data on our behalf under contract: Supabase (database, authentication and image storage), Google (AI processing of your receipt images), Lemon Squeezy (payments and subscriptions), Resend (email delivery), open.er-api.com (currency exchange rates), and Railway (hosting).

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

You can access, correct and export your data from the app, and download reports (CSV/PDF) for each group.

You can delete your expenses, photos and groups at any time. To delete your account, write to team@cuadra-tuscuentas.com and we will process it within a reasonable time.

We only send operational emails (confirmation, password recovery and payments); we do not send marketing emails.
