By creating an account or using Cuadra, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Cuadra lets you record, scan, categorize and split expenses among people and groups.

You must be of legal age or have your legal representative's permission to use the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you record and for keeping your account and credentials secure.

You can create your account with email and password, or with your Google or Apple account.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, you authorize that provider to share your name and email with us to create your profile.

You must notify us if you detect unauthorized access to your account.

Cuadra offers a free plan and annual paid plans (Basic and Pro) processed through Lemon Squeezy.

Billing is annually recurring and renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the app; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy's policy. Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect an already paid period.

Do not use the service for illegal activities, to upload false or harmful content, or to attempt to access systems or data of others.

Do not attempt to undermine the platform's security or abuse its usage through automation.

AI scanning extracts information from your receipts to make recording easier. It can make mistakes; review the result before creating an expense.

We do not guarantee full recognition accuracy and are not liable for transcription errors you have not reviewed.

The service is provided 'as is'. There may be interruptions due to maintenance or external causes. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it available, without a guarantee of continuous availability.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

We may update these terms; we will notify you by email or in the app with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change implies acceptance.
